technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database
only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such
systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a
transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security
numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

LICENSE TERMS FOR ONLINE SURVEY WIZARD
THESE LICENSE TERMS ARE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN RMF TECHNOLOGIES (CREATOR OF
ONLINE SURVEY WIZARD) AND YOU. PLEASE READ THEM. THEY APPLY TO THE SOFTWARE
NAMED ABOVE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT
ACCEPT THEM, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE. RMF Technologies DOES NOT COLLECT ANY
INFORMATION FROM YOU OR YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM THAT CAN BE USED TO IDENTIFY
YOU. CONTACT BETWEEN RMF TECHNOLOGIES AND THE USER ARE LIMITED TO RENEWAL
INFORMATION, ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS, and SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT OR UPGRADES.
- OVERVIEW - The subscription is licensed to one user per account,
accessible from any computer with Internet Explorer and an internet
connection and a per device basis. Other browsers are discouraged, as some
features many not be fully functional through these applications (Firefox,
Safari, Opera, etc...)
- SCOPE OF LICENSE. The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only
gives you some rights to use the software during your subscription. RMF
Technologies reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more
rights despite this limitation, you may use the software only as expressly
permitted in this agreement. Rights to access the server software do not
give you any rights to implement any of the software’s functionality,
including communication protocols of the server software, in any other
software or any device that accesses the server software. The software is
engineered to allow you to use it in certain ways. You must comply with
these technical limitations. For more information about them, see the
software documentation. You may not:
work around the technical limitations in the software, reverse engineer,
decompile or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that
applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation or transfer the
software or this agreement to any third party nor duplicate program code for
survey construction system
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This agreement and any amendments to it, and the terms
for supplements, updates, Internet-based services and support services, are
the entire agreement between RMF Technologies and you for the software and
services.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. The software is licensed “as-is” and with all
faults. We give no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. You may
have additional consumer rights under your local laws which this agreement
cannot change. To the extent permitted under your local laws, we exclude the
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
non-infringement. |
